It was a very easy purchase because of the assistance I was given. Thank you.

All the staff were very welcoming from the moment we arrived in store. We were regularly offered advice and assistance and also given time to ourselves while trying different mattresses (as we were already pretty sure on the bed we were after) we were shown which mattresses were best suited to our preferences. Once we had chosen our mattress we were taken to the bed we wanted to buy (TV bed) and we were shown all of the features. We were also offered drinks while we were there. We were seated at the desk to finalise our order and payment which didn't take long. Overall it was a pleasant and smooth visit in store. We were also lucky to get an early delivery slot of only 8days as we had been told TV beds could normally take 2-4weeks. We got to chose which day of the week we wanted the item delivered. I am really looking forward to its arrival. A+ service.

Very thorough process to ensure we got the right product for our needs

Excellent customer service at the Peterborough store. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and helped us choose the right products for our needs. However we have yet to receive a call regarding the delivery date of our products and it has almost been a week since we purchased them.

The salesman was attentive, polite and introduced us to different items within our price range and didn't try to force anything onto us, he answered every question we asked with assurance.
