The assistant helping us knew the products and the range very well and answered any queries we had.

I visited the store and spoke with Colin regarding a tempur mattress and ottoman base. I visited again about 2 weeks later as I could not order on 1st visit due to this being an ad hoc visit, I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and non pushy style when I said I would return. On my return he remembered me the advice he gave and the mattress and base we spoke about. He again acted professional throughout what was a pleasant experience and could not of been more helpful with my queries, requests and order itself. Had it not of been for this I may of shopped about.

Quick and easy purchase

We were welcomed into the store and he was very helpful. They waivered our delivery charge as it would of been free had we ordered online. Definitely recommend Dreams to our friends.

Brilliant customer service. I was unsure of how the furniture would fit in my rooms ( I am buying furniture for 3 rooms but the house isn't yet built) and Aaron the sales person was amazing! He measured the area in the showroom and moved the furniture so I could get a better picture. Couldn't have asked for more. His help was very much appreciated and I had no hesitation with placing the order.
