The service I was given was excellent. I purchased my items at Peterborough office with the assistance of Aaron. He was friendly and asked questions to established what I was looking for and price range. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family without question.

Aaron Horgan served us and was extremely good. He approached us and gave us information then left us alone. A little while later returned to ask if we had any questions. He then spent time finding out about us and our needs in order to match us to the correct mattress and bed frame. He showed us 4 mattresses to choose from explained them all throughly and then suggested we spend time lying on them naturally as we would at home. He left us to do this so we would not be embarrassed. Then when discussing bed frames I made a negative comment about a frame he was not even talking about but he took time to explain it to me even though it was not a sales pitch. The result of this I was I ended up buying that frame and it was a lot more expensive. This really was not a sales technique at all. I was really impressed on how he was trying to sell me a bed and mattress to meet my needs not one that was more expensive. Aaron and his colleague on the day were really nice and friendly. His colleague offered us a drink and cake and through our discussions I ended up with the nickname Android Lady which was funny and I really liked. I would highly recommend this store. Thanks Aaron Android Lady :D

Colin was very helpful and I chose the same bed as the one my husband chose earlier in the year. I tried various mattresses again with Colin's help. We ordered and were out of the store again in a very short time. The whole process was very efficient and I expect the delivery, removal of previous bed and construction of new to be as good as last time.
