I had phoned the day before and spoken to Dean who was there when we arrived - no need to ask for him. We were able to try all the tempur beds and chose our initial thought of mattress - the tempur cloud 27. Dean advised and helped in all aspects.

Very informative, helpful and patient

Dean, the salesperson understood what we looking for in a mattress. He showed us several and then we could decide which was best for us. The store is very pleasant as were the staff. We were very happy with the whole experience at Dreams.

A vert effective salesman who knew about the products and could recommend alternatives for pillows, mattresses etc. to accompany the bed we purchased. And importantly we were not harassed during our visit and given time to think.

Aaron (the assistant) took time to understand our needs and preferences. He got us to try several different beds to find which one we preferred and explained the pros and cons of each one. He answered all of our questions in a knowledgeable and friendly way. He explained the 40 day options to us and when we had narrowed the choices down he left us alone so we could discuss it and try them out again on our own. We did not feel pressured or rushed at all. When we had made our choice we purchased the mattress and he spent time going through the various delivery options and insurances and again we did not feel pressured at all. It was a very pleasant experience all round and we would recommend Dreams to others.

From arriving at the store the salesman Aaron Horgan was understanding professional and allowed. Us pkenty of time to discuss our needs. He offered us a drink while discussing our requirements and to make our experience more realistic he offered us both pillows to try. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable allowing us plenty of time. He is a real credit to the company. The only problem we occurred was we had ordered a pillow when calling the store Aaron was on a day off and the gentleman i spoke to appeared dismissive telling me to call back in a few days. My husband did this to discover our pillow had not been ordered which was a bit disappointing as a result we were offered an alternative and we then accepted this.

Overall, the staff (David) went the extra mile to ensure we found the correct product that was required by myself .The communication skills were outstanding and made sure the experience was full of enthusiasm and enjoyable .The quotation prices i received from the product from the memeber of staff (David) were highly satisfying, it made spending our money worth while and easier with such chearful assisstance from David. Its good to know people will go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy and having a good experience during this process.
