The salesman immediately offered help and straight away knew which goods were best suited to our needs. He was very professional but also very friendly and we felt comfortable and relaxed with him.

Assistant was helpful, products were quality. There was a computer error when placing order and the assistant was very helpful and kind. We went away and he then called us back an hr later when it was fixed

The product we were after was available in 4 different grades. We were told about the 40 day satisfaction guarantee. The mattress we choose had further savings.

I was assisted by Aaron who took time to understand my need , and didn't pressurise myself into a purchase , If he had I think I would have gone elsewhere . He took me through the process of choosing the mattress that was right for me rather than trying to sell all the benefits and the most expense ( which happens to be what I chose anyway ! )
