Jake is an assets to the company, very knowledgable about the products, he took the time to understand our needs, but was not pushy.

Daniel from the dreams store in Peterborough went above and beyond! I am a very picky and indecisive customer so I'm sure I wasn't easy for Daniel to handle, however he was able to answer all of my many questions in regards to many different products. Daniel was up and down the stairs with me many times showing and explaining all the different beds, pillows, bedding and furniture I wanted to buy. I used to work in retail myself and Daniel should definitely get recognition for his service today! Such a credit to your store and not a pushy sales man like I had at my previous visit to Dreams.

Good costomer service throughout my visit helped me choose the bed i was after also offerd a nice pillow while trying out the beds. Very helpful man & didnt take long to seal the deal :) & a g.s.o.h :)

I only wanted a double bed for my spare bedroom so it wasn't an expensive purchase to make. The assistant fully understood my needs and was very helpful and did not make me feel I had to buy something more expensive than I had chosen.

We were helped to find exactly what we were looking for by Jake, who was so charming and personable and patient while we tried out all the different options until we found exactly what we wanted. He was courteous and good humoured throughout.

The staff were very knowledgeable on the products and the customer service was first class.

Vince was very knowledgeable on the products we were looking at and I did not felt pushed into the sale with a more relaxed but very helpful approach which we had a good rapport with Vince which helped us decide then and there. especially when we were just looking for a wardrobe, we ended up with bedframe, new bed, bedside wardrobe etc.
