Colin from Peterborough dreams branch was straight away happy to help and assist us. First time buyers and he explained the different types of bed which helped us pick the right one that suited us. He was very friendly and has a relaxed approach so thank you for your help. The store was clean and overall it was a good shopping experience. Thank you

The salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. The pillows we got are excellent. The bed seemed good in the showroom, but I will have to reserve full judgement until after it arrives in the New Year.

Dean at our local store in Peterborough was very helpful and new his products, technical and price was able to make good suggestions for the products we should be looking at considering. Placing the order was very smooth and delivery before christmas and ordered on the 10th December 2016.

Product was exactly what we wanted. Assistance from staff member was very good and price was competitive compared to other retailers.

Sales assistant was very polite and friendly and did everything to make this purchase easy and smooth.

Offered assistance when needed, allowed us to browse first. Very helpful with advice on mattressses as we were a bit lost! Advised the bed frame we wanted was available in other colour and material which we wouldn't have known otherwise.

When walking into the shop, there was someone to greet us and offer us help. When choosing our bed, he was so friendly and with my partner having fybromyalgia and also a heart problem he was so good explaining what would be best for her needs and also my own back problem, even down to the pillow what it was made of how it would improve our sleep. The total experience was so pleasing down to the offer of drinks, which we decided not to have.

We had been to other bed showrooms and felt pressured into buying a bed and we had really silly quotes which were totally out of our price range even though we had said what our budget was , Jake was very friendly offered us a drink and listened to our needs he didn't mind our Children taking part in the whole conversation! I was gob smacked at the monthly payments ( in a good way ! ) and very pleased with the product ordered , we will definitely use dreams again and plan to go back after Christmas and get a bed for our son . I was shopping for 2 double beds for my teenage children, the assistant made us welcome straight away engaging us. we explained what we were doing and what we wanted. he took over straight away directing my children to the mattresses for comfort checking. we spent over an hour going round the store making trying all the mattresses. the assistant spoke with confidence & knowledge. We then identified what bed frame they wanted, again he was very knowledgeable. the assistant spoke about the mattress & bed frame protection plans & what they cover. The overall time we spent in the store was just shy of 2 hrs & we were offered refreshments during our visit. we concluded our purchases left very happy.
