Dreams - Peterborough

Friendliness of staff and although the store was busy they still took the time to talk with us. Same staff as the last time we visited the store (over 6 years ago) and the staff member who served us remembered us! (Colin)

I have purchased a bed recently and popped in this morning to see if I could purchase another one. I was able to quickly do this but it was more expensive than the last. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Found what I really wanted.

Good choice of product, able to test, nice assistant.

We were helped by a lovely young chap called Jake. Jake was very friendly, welcoming and we actually had quite a laugh with him which was lovely. He was just fab, he wasn't pushy, knew his stuff and made us feel like he had time to help, assist and guide us considering I was his first customer that wanted to "dangle" (as in my legs when I was sat on the bed, no one had ever said that to him before.. lol) and the latte coffee he made was delicious. We are very satisfied customers, not only with the bed and mattress we've ordered but with your member of staff too. Please pass on our satisfaction to him.

The staff member Colin was very friendly and didn't make us feel rushed, he gave us plenty of knowledge and made us feel comfortable and not rushed to buy a bed, he also supplied us with a great cup of coffee!!

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams today due to the friendliness and knowledgeable staff. I was greeted instantly when I walked in the store my by the Manager and asked if I wanted any help. I said I did and was shown to a selection of mattresses in the type and price I wanted. I was then offered a hot drink - which I thought was a nice touch. My sister and I were then left for 10 minutes or so as we looked at the recommended mattresses before I chose the one I wanted. Colin, store assistant then approached and we spoke to him about the specifications of the mattresses which I was interested to know about as I an spending over £500 on a mattress!

As we entered the store on Boxing Day preparing oursleves for the Boxing Day madness, which there was none, we were greeted immediately by Jacob who was a very helpful, useful and thorough employee. I mentioned to him that i was experiencing back and shoulder problems where he immediately took that on board and showed us all the various types of mattresses and the difference between them all to make sure that i was getting the best bed for my needs. Jacob offered us 2 cups of coffee, we only the took the one though, and when we mentioned to him that we just needed 10 minutes to think over our decision, we went back to Dreams, Peterborough, and he was there waiting and ready to complete our order. In those 10 minutes, we popped over to DFS just across the road and we were both insistent that we would get our bed from Dreams. The service was fantastic, Jacob was very friendly and a very good sense of humor and we will be sure to come back again for our next bed. THANK YOU DREAMS!!! 2 very satisfied customers!!
