Very helpful friendly and knowledgeable staff who listened to what we needed and answered all questions honestly and without bias. We were given time and space to look and think about the products we were considering and felt under no pressure at any point.

Daniel showed knowledge of hus job and discussion regarding which mattress would better suit me. Took time with me without pressure for me to make my purchase.

Vince politely asked if we would like help or not (we'd been to two other stores first and left after no one offered help), he wasn't pushy but knowledgeable and his interaction with the other staff was polite and friendly, they seemed like a team.

No pressure sales. Very friendly and all round lovely sales assistant Colin.

We the matress we liked and were guided by the store sales rep what the product was like its qualities and the gurantee without appearing to push the sale. He answered questions honestly and was helpful at every stage of the sale.

We did not have to wait for assistance, Dean your salesman was very knowledgable about the products he showed us, and he did not rush us or force us into a sale. We came away very happy, also the delivery time was quick.

Great friendly staff. I liked the price promise guarantee, makes a big difference when you're spending money. Also the 40 day satisfaction in the tempur mattress. The speed at doing the paper work as well no one wants to sit for ages doing paperwork.

Was given information and options that suited my needs. The product was in stock so I was able to take my product away with me.

We were informed of all available mattresses and what the difference was as a comparable one to our current one was no longer made!!!!

We weren't pressured into any purchasing and offered ample opportunities to change our mind with the choices we did make. Your salesman was very understanding and friendly without coming across as false. He looks like he enjoys his job!
