I hadn't bought a new mattress or bed for a long time and was a little apprehensive about the huge choice available. However, Jake listened to what I was looking for and my budget, suggested three or four mattresses to try, and made the whole process really easy. Even with the recycling costs and a new fitted sheet we managed to come in under budget. Fantastic, no pressure, customer service.

The sales advisor was informative but more importantly he wasn't pushy at all.

The store was busy and it took a while before we were seen but once Colin came over he was perfect for us. Considering our two options was a bed of £850 or one at just under £4000 he was not pushy at all and gave us all the info on both options. Presumably he works on a bonus scheme but when we chose the cheaper option he was deterred but continued in the same friendly helpful manner. From our point of view my husband had reservations about the build quality of the more expensive option and if we hadn't visited the store on the last day of the sale may have chosen this option if we had more time to consider it. Still we are very happy with our purchase and are likely to recommend (already have told colleagues at work)

The staff were very helpful and friendly without pestering us and allowed us time to try out the beds until we were happy with our choice. The prices are very competitive compared to others in the area. They were very helpful on advice with financing options and it was very quick and easy to complete.

Great shopping experience all round. Staff had a truly in depth knowledge of all products. Not painful at all.

Vast range of mattresses conveniently colour coded. Colin was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without being too pushy. He encouraged us to try the beds and provided us with Tempur pillows as this would help us decide on which mattress suited our needs. The pillows which we had no intention of even looking at were so fantastic that we purchased two in addition to the mattress. We were also given coffee and made to feel very welcome and valuable customers by at least 3 other members of staff too. We were thanked as we left the store.
