I haven't had to buy a new bed in years. A very complicated operation for me given the various types of mattress available and the specific location that this bed will be in, made underbed storage options rather important. Colin explained all the various options and mattress types -a mine of information! A very helpful fellow! The choice of bed that I made will I feel, be ideal for my needs and the price is very close to what I wanted to pay. Very satisfied customer.

I visited the store with my disabled mother who was needing a new bed and mattress, her requirements were quite difficult for me to deal with but the assistant (Dean) was very helpful in explaining what they could do to help her.

Myself and two daughters visited the store on the 18th of January 2017. We was welcome by a man who introduced him self as Dean, One of my daughters told him what we were looking for as I am disabled. He then offer us tea or coffer,, I asked for tea which was made for me, he then showed us some beds which he thought my be good for me, my daughters and my self then tried them out, he asked me how many pillows I would use at home and then went and got me them, I then brought one the beds he suggested, plus between myself and my daughter we brought eight pillows. The whole experience was great.

Vince in store was extremely helpful - he helped us to choose our new mattress and was honest in his opinion between the one we bought and one which cost more money.

I bought before in Dreams some items thats why I back. I happy with quick service and with high quality of items.

We were delighted with the service provided by Dean. It had not been our intention to purchase on this visit we were just looking to see what was available. We explained our circumstances and the information we provided Dean used to offer various options we could look at. He showed us various mattress options, base options, headboard options and the ancillary products which complimented the choices we made. His explanation of all aspects was great, we felt we understood what was available and were able to use his knowledge to formulate our wants. Even the choice of pillows was something we had not considered but the offers were clearly identified as the benefits we needed. Even the coffee we were offered while completing the sale was good!

For all the reasons I have marked highly satisfied.
