I want to start by complimenting COLIN PERRY for his advice,commitment,and excellent customer service he always provides to me. Am very pleased and highly satisfied with all the stuff I gets at dreams, it has the best quality and is always very comfortable with an affordable price and perfect payment arrangements. To all my friends and relatives all I can say is search no more because DREAMS is the best and awesome place to shop for your perfect beds/pillows products.

My wife and I were greeted immediately on entry to Dreams. The staff member Colin made us both feel very welcome but most importantly did not transmit any pressure. We were offered coffee / tea or chocolate. After explaining our needs, Colin knew exactly what advice to give and was very knowledgable of his subject. In light of the way we were handled as customers, we felt comfortable in purchasing what we wanted. It was a refreshing change to a pleasant visit. Your customer service training in our view exceeds value. Well done Colin and thank you.

Aaron was fantastic. Answered every question I had, no matter how daft it may have sounded. He was extremely engaging from the outset. awesome.

No pushy sales. Happy to focus on taking the time. Had an "education in beds and pillows". Didnt feel awkward at all. Overall very pleased.

Colin the salesman was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the products he was selling, met and greeted me with a friendly smile and made us welcome by offering fresh hot beverages.

We were assisted throughout our time at the store by Colin, who greeted us when we arrived. He offered us drinks and then asked us if we were looking for anything specific. He was very knowledgable, took the time to give us all the information we needed and helped us with various products, even giving us pillows to try out the beds with. He was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. There was no pressure in selling, which was nice. Everything was taken at a nice easy pace. If only every store in the land had someone like Colin. Thank you.

The young gentleman, was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous through out our visit.

The member of staff Daniel who served us was very knowledgeable and helpful and he was very efficient at his job. I was impressed with the service of coffee and I was very impressed with the range and quality of the bed linen on sale in store - high grade Egyptian cotton and accessories such as throws and mattress toppers.

Me and my dad were served my Colin, he was friendly and professional. He found out the reason for my purchase and showed great interest- he was helpful and had great knowledge on all the furniture. He never rushed my decision but helped me choose the best choice for me and my new home. He found and met my need. Great service Colin! Lovely man! Dreams are lucky to have him!
