The staff were knowledgeable and courteous. They gave us time to look around on our own so we were not pressurised.

Everything was well displayed and we were assisted almost immediately. The salesperson was well informed and very courteous. Overall a highly satisfying experience.

A David Simpkins served me...he listened to what i was after and what budget i was on and recommended a few options that were available.He was happy for me to take my time on which one to choose and not at all pushy.An easy transaction for taking my details and payment and i went home with a new mattress so have a very happy son..Couldn't have wished for better service and will be visiting again in the future.

The customer assistant was professional friendly, patient we felt at ease. He greeted us but was not too instrusive. Provided a pillow for us to use when trying out the beds and offered a drink. Really good experience.

Very easy to deal with. Easy to see and understand the different types of mattresses, whilst Colin explained everything to us.

Staff were warm and friendly. I had no idea what type of mattress I was looking for, but the member of staff was very knowledgable and helpful.
