Sales assist was patient, accommodating and friendly he helped advise me with my purchase, he didn't make me feel overwhelmed as i commonly feel when i have to make choices. over all an easy shop :)

SalesMan was very helpful without being too pushy. The sale took place with no pushing other products. Overall very satisfied.

Dean who helped was good, knew his products well and not pushy. Gave me time to decide.

Very helpful staff, good knowledge of products. Attentive to my needs and gave information without trying to persuade on which product to try. Given time to digest information without pressure to buy. Jacob was extremely polite, patient and all with a good sense of humour.

The staff in the Peterborough store are very friendly, they made me feel welcome. Colin who served me was very helpful he made me tea and dident rush me in making my choice.

Greeted on arrival by Colin, very friendly and helpful. Was offered a drink. Went through all the mattresses and pillows bought the temperature pillow and was highly satisfied with our whole experience

The sales assistant (Colin) was very knowledgeable and helped guide us towards products that suited our needs saving us a lot of time looking around the store. He was friendly and helpful.

1. I was quickly attended to by DANIEL, with extreme respect and courtesy. 2. He showed me the exact item of mattress that I was looking for. 3. He gave me a breakdown of what was on offer at the material time and carefully guided me to exactly what I was looking for with Dreams. 4. He gave me the option of testing the mattress that I had chosen and at the same time offered me a pillow to rest my head when I relaxed on the said mattress. 5. Daniel kindly offered me a drink while we were settling the paperwork, and I chose a hot chocolate, which I thought was very kind of him.
