Dreams - Peterborough

First visit to a dreams store and was pleasantly surprised at the choice available and the size of the store.Excellent customer sevice from friendly staff especially Colin who was very helpful and knowledgeable and he offered me a cup of tea....!

Daniel served us at the Peterborough store. He was polite, friendly and listened carefully to our needs. He was very informative on the products we were interested in and extremely helpful. He offered a nice cup of coffee and also showed us a range of pillows. We were very impressed with Daniels knowledge and he was very helpful with arranging our delivery to kings Lynn. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend Dreams to everyone :) well done!

We were looking online at the best deals for beds and coming across dreams decided to have a look. Once arriving we had a look around when we were offered a drink and asked if we needed any assistance so we were made to feel very welcome. We were looking at two beds in particular and the customer assistant Jacob helped us in finding the right mistress for our needs telling us the different quotes for both beds so we never felt rushed and felt like he had explained all the details which meant we were never confused about any of the information. He notified us of the best deals and really took care of us throughout the whole visit.

Daniel was exceptionally good with our children and his knowledge was second to none.

The gentleman that helped us was very friendly but not pushy in the slightest! He offered us a drink answered all of our questions in depth and explained each product thoroughly without pretentiousness. He helped identify our needs and showed us a variety of items of varying prices instead of just showing us the most expensive. He also helped with identify items I couldn't use due to my latex allergy. On the whole it was a very relaxing and successful shopping experience. Thank k you Colin!
