The whole experience from beginning to end was efficient and friendly plus you had a better product range than the 4 other stores we visited.

We had previously purchased the same mattress for a different house and needed a new one for our own home , we knew the quality of mattress was exceptional and has aided in the significant improvement of my husbands backpain . The salesman Dean at your Peterborough branch was swift to retrieve all the information and extremely helpful , I believe he is a massive create to this store .

Very friendly assistant, who had time to listen to our needs and made suggestions that we hadn't thought of. We did not feel pressured at all. Did not purchase on the day but did go back the next day and placed order. We did ask for the assistant that we saw previous day - he was in fact having his lunch, but was happy to assist us.

I was happy with the service I received during my visit to the Peterborough store. All staff was friendly and very helpful.

The staff were friendly without being too pushy, they understood my requirements and advised me accordingly. A hot drink was offered and we were made to feel welcome.

It was our third bed purchase from Dreams in the past ten years, and each time we have been very pleased with the service provided and the quality of the goods we bought. The staff are always friendly, approachable and knowledgeable and eager to help. All in all, Dreams have proven to be a definite 'return-to' store and we will definitely go there again in the future.

Had things explained and was given advice on different product types

Mainly due to attention paid by the sales person Aaron, his knowledge and assistance without being overbearing. HOWEVER, we haven't received the product yet and no testing has taken place so this could change!
