no pushy sales men a very friendly approach, our sales man Aaron at the Peterborough branch knew what he was talking about and we purchased our mattress that day and the same day we recommended one of our friends to Dreams and she also purchased a mattress as well

I actually called into the store and the sales person was very helpful and gave me a brochure as I needed to do some measuring at home. He supplied me with their phone number so I could order over the phone later.

Staff were available at all times but not hovering around and were very knowledgable. They were also efficient and friendly, but honest in their opinions when answering questions

Plenty of options to consider both bases and mattresses. Welcoming showroom which was clean and bright and well laid out.

Customer service by Vince was impressive. He had all of our questions about mattresses and beds. He was quit helpful and friendly too. It was 5th visit to dreams for beds and mattresses. No one impressed so much to buy a bed except Vince. He is really good. The mattress choosen by us was really comfortable and made us feel good body rest. Salesman highly professional and helpful; gave me discount on mattress even though sale was over (previous day!). Delivery men texted and phoned me to confirm day and time of bed's arrival. Perfectly on time. Put bed together quickly and smoothly. I admit I was shocked at how expensive mattresses are (not bought one for many years) but flexibility of salesman's price help me buy. Well done all round, excellent service.
