We were very pleased with the service. Daniel at the Peterborough branch was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He knew the specification of all of the mattresses and which ones would be the better ones for us as I suffer with a bad back. Superb, constant and professional service! Very happy customers!

the sales person was very friendly and welcomed us his name was daniel he had exellent manors and found what we were looking for he found pillows we loved and made us a lovely hot chocolate..a credit to the store

It was Dean who said hello when we entered the store, he was extremely helpful, we showed him our previous bed order from yourselves explaining that we wanted the equivalent product as we have been extremely happy with our past purchase. He gave us various options to try and included down pillows which we are considering. Whilst we discussed our various options with him he gave us a very nice coffee (from a new machine!) which was very enjoyable. We appreciated being shown a variety of price points and at no time did we feel under pressure to purchase. When we receive our new bed we intend to return to the store to purchase a duvet which Dean also recommended

We said what we were looking for and we're guided to the best product for our needs. We were told the range of variations available for our selected bed and helped to make our choice without ever feeling under pressure .

The assistant Dean was very helpful and very knowledgeable was able to answer every question put to him. Nice to have such good staff he is a credit to this store.
