We was very satisfied with the staff they were very polite and helpful said hello when we walked in showed us to the bed that we wanted to look at. The assistant offered us a pillow each to try out on the bed he also explained about the differences with the mattresses. Also offered us tea or coffee on at least 3 occasions. We will recommend Dreams to family and friends. Wonderful service from Dean and the young lad working in the Peterborough store.

Aaron at Peterborough, was very helpful, courteous and actually explained the products due to his 8 years experience, which helped us make an informed choice and we felt a valued customer. He did not try sell the most expensive product, like sales persons do, which is very off putting, but he showed a range of products within or close to our budget. We were given time to experience the products and actually gave us pillows to enhance the experience, which is a good idea. I would not hesitate to recommend Aaron at the Peterborough store, to my friends and family. We did buy a mattress, we were greeted and offered a drink on arrival.

Was able to browse on our own before approach by a friendly seller. Gave us more information about different mattresses and point us in the right direction for our price range. Not too pushy either and was able to get us a good deal.

We just went in to look around a chap named dean came over to us ask if we needed any help we walk out spending over a thousand pounds I think it was the latte and drinking chocolate plus the happy surrounding that sold us the items very pleased

the profesional way we were shown different mattresses and explained very clearly the difference of each type and given generally good guidance without being pushy, ending with a satisfactory sale.

Iwas pleased with the service I received from the staff I was offered coffee straight away and given good advice on the product I was after which I purchased

Colin, the salesperson was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He helped me ensure that the furniture would fit the room by drawing a plan for me. He offered my a cup of tea. very satisfied.
