Everyone was friendly. Colin was very helpful, he help us find a bed, mattress and pillows that meet mine and my partners needs. When we decided on the products we wanted he got us hot drinks while we sorted the payment.

I was a bit emotional when I came in - shopping as a widow for a new bed - Colin was amazing. Took his time with me, gave me a cup of tea immediately. Didn't pressure me for a sale - I would have left if I felt pressured! He talked me through every step - couldn't fault him. Lovely man.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable about all the different types of mattresses. offered tea and coffee on arrival once we approached, plus indicating that we where going to purchase a bed.

Meet and Greet was good without being pushy. Aaron, the assistant,listened to our needs and extracted information from us, in that he wanted to know about the type of mattress that we currently had and how long we had had it etc, then introduced the coding system too us, for the different materials used in the construction of the mattresses and with regard to our presence, the different densities of the mattresses in ratio to the number of springs and their different tensions, all very interesting. The store appeared very clean, refreshments were supplied, twice, and all of the staff were busying themselves but all very polite. It was a very pleasing experience all round.
