The range of products available was fantastic. The Easter reduction made the end price very agreeable. The customer service was fantastic. Aaron was very knowledgeable and we did not feel rushed in any way. We t died a whole range of mattresses and pillows until we found the one that best suited us. It was really great that the bed was going to delivered at the end of the following week.

Jacob was a delight. Although very young, he was knowledgable about his products, listened to my husbands problems with our current mattress and guided us to the ones that were appropriate for our needs. He was not pushy (any sign of this and my husband would have walked out). He left us alone with a coffee to discuss/argue over the chosen mattress and had that great salesman skill of turning up just when he was needed. I'm sure he will one day be leading an excellent sales team and is an asset to dreams. I hope our new mattress cures my husbands back problems but if not Jacob has assured us we can reconsider.

Because of the help I received with choosing my ideal product, nice cup of coffee, which I was offered when we were discussing the qualities of products with the sales assistant Aaron, and because of his friendliness and tactfullness. He was very professional, was not pushing me to buy something, but was indeed assisting.
