Dreams - Peterborough

We were looking for a new matress, we knew we wanted a hybrid and the assistant showed us immediately to the correct area, explained the differences. Provided us with pillows to help us test the beds. Made us a cup of coffee and then returned to his desks so we could try our short list of mattresses without feeling pressurised. I commented to the assistant Colin how easy the process had been and how impressed we were with the service. Both my husband and I were surprised that our mattress could be delivered in 6 days. Well done

Colin the salesman who dealt with us was both extremely kind and helpful. One specific thing that he did which made us very satisfied was the manner in which he sold the products to us as he was neither pushy nor impatient. For this reason we had an extremely enjoyable experience and he helped greatly on deciding the best beds for the situation.

We wasn't pounced on as soon as we walked into shop. Any questions that was asked was answered. We didn't feel any pressure at all by staff to make a purchase.

The assistant was friendly and knowledgeable and we thought the mattress buying would take a lot longet then it did. it was all done in half an hour and we are looking forward to the mattress arriving.

I found everyone in the store to be very friendly and helpful. Their knowledge and understanding of my needs was second to none.

The advice and service we received from Darren and Daniel, plus the friendly atmosphere would definitely recommend to other people.

We didn't get pounced on when we entered the store we were offered a hot drink whilst browsing when we needed assistance they were very informative polite and extremely helpful.

Colin was an absolute god send!! I have many problems with my back and right away he showed me the best mattress I have ever laid on in my life. For the fact the he was the only one who approached us with a smile and he knew how to make us laugh. It was the first time we have ever gone to a proper bed store and we will be returning in future. Colin made the whole process effortless and easy and gave us the best deal he could! Im very surprised how clean it was due to the amount of people that would come In and try the beds everything was spotless and presented neatly. Thank you Colin so much for your help and I hope the team appreciate you being with them as you where fantastic!

Vince was very helpful, made us coffee, and executed our order very efficiently. A bit of a wait for delivery but a busy Easter weekend when we ordered.

Vince was amazing at assisting us in choosing the mattress that would be correct for us. He was very patient when I was undecided and changed my mind at the last minute.
