My wife and I were assisted by Mr Vincent Doran at your Peterborough store. He met us as we walked in and was friendly without being pushy. He had excellent product knowledge and guided us through all the different types of mattresses and bed frames taking account of our likes and dislikes. I believe that thanks to Vincent we have made an excellent choice and we are really looking forward to our delivery. Vincent is a credit to you and your store.

We found this Store to be very good. The staff were very friendly but were not too much, they gave us time to go around by ourselves without hovering around. It makes a much more relaxed experience. We were offered refreshments which was really nice and was able to use the lavatory as we were there for ages. Aaron the salesman that helped us was extremely knowledgable and honest about the specification of the beds, mattress and affordability.

When entering the store we were unable to locate what we were looking for. However, an assistant walked us to our requirements and was with us to the end. SALE.

As soon as we entered your Peterborough Store we were approached and asked if we needed any help.We looked at all the beds and were then asked by Jake if he could help.He was very informative and took a lot of time explaining the merits of the different beds and combinations of bases and mattresses available. We decided to purchase and were offered a seat and a welcome cup of coffee. A delivery date was decided and payment was made. The transaction was smooth.An altogether pleasant experience.

The store employee was conpletely in tune with my needs he listened to my questions and what i wanted and told me it could be done and how etc. Couldnt have been simpler for me and very satisfied

The person who helped me knew a lot about the mattress and was very patient as I had a small baby with me
