We originally went to another store for a specific product, but was totally dissatisfied with the service. So we went to Dreams and our customer experience was totally different. Dean from the Maskew Avenue, Peterborough store served us. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about the products. He answered all our questions and explained the delivery times very clearly. On top of all that, we got served coffees and Dreams had a much better deal. We brought a Tempur mattress and two pillows. The pillows we took with us and if the mattress is as good we will be very pleased. We will definitely recommend Dreams and go there again for any future purchases.

The assistant Colin was highly knowledgeable friendly helpful and above all listened to our needs and spent the time with us to ensure when we left the shop we had just what we wanted

The variety of beds available was second to none. The young man who served us was very friendly and knowledgeable without appearing to be too pushy. He was very patient and explained everything very well.

Excellent Customer service acknowledged when entering store but left to browse. Jake provided excellent advice on the products that would suit us. He even put pretty coffee shop patterns on my coffee

The salesman Colin was great. He really took the time to go through everything with us and was patient when we were undecided between a few choices. He made us a cup of tea and ran through everything again to help us make up out mind. Then processed the order in a speedy manner. Well done dreams. And Colin of course.
