We were served by Jake who was very knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. There was a definite comedy factor and overall it was a very fun experience spending nearly £1,000!! Thanks Jake.

Good advice and service from Dean

Daniel (peterborough store) was extreamly helpful and very knowledgeable. He took all the time we needed to explain the deals and the difference in each mattress. What I especially liked was that Daniel knew where all the different single mattresses were in the store so my daughter was able to try them out before she chose. Although the process of ordering and organising the delivery seemed a bit long winded Daniel made us comfortable and offered all 5 if us (3 children) a hoit drink. I was much more impressed than I thought i would be.

The sales assistant Daniel did a really great job, very thorough, professional and friendly. He went above and beyond along with his colleagues. Daniel from the Peterborough store needs a promotion!

The staff member Dean who greeted myself & daughter was very courteous. His knowledge of mattress I was was looking for for was good & he walked us around a few to enable me try try them for comfort. He explained the differences between them & how they would support for pain relief. He offered us both drinks and was pleasant. I was able to find exactly the right mattress for my needs at a reasonable price.

Once again dreams didn't disappoint on bringing us consistent first class customer service and satisfaction !
