I was initially approached by one customer service advisor who was very helpful & gave me all the information I needed about a bed I was looking to purchase & then I was dealt with by another gentleman to complete the sale. Both gentleman were friendly, knowledgable & thorough. Good experience

We received a friendly greeting from Tyrone who understood our needs and took us through the bed matching exercise. This helped immensely and reduced the vast field down to a manageable size. My wife tested them and reduced the field further down to Tempur mattresses which we already have. We spotted suitable bed frames and left to talk over and agree on our choices. We return a few days later, after Tyrone’s days off, to purchase these items. We were greeted by Tyrone who not only remembered us but also our possible range of mattresses and made both of them available whilst we investigated the Sleepmotion 800i bed frame. My wife was initially unsure of its suitability but having seen it in action became convinced it would work in our new bedroom. This is still under construction. We were able to book delivery and assembly in October when we are told the building will be completed. We have the opportunity to push this back if there are any problems. We were very pleased with our visits and it was worthwhile finding the Dreams store. This was a recommendation from a friend.

We currently have a very uncomfortable bed and it's done a lot of damage to our backs, so we came in and explained this and we where looked after right from the start! Matt in the Cambridge store was very helpful and initially helped us identify the mattress we needed and liked the most, and also the pillows we wanted. we then went to the store in Peterborough and the store manager helped us discover the frame that we wanted with his knowledge of the products. Overall a really lovely experience.
