The layout of the store is airy and spacious. No pushy sales people but when you then needed to engage with them they were very friendly and welcoming and knew a lot about the products. A very relaxing shopping experience.

Excellent service and a good store environment (with coffee offered too).

The shop had what we were looking for and the assistant Dean was fantastic in his support.

We were greeted by Dean as we entered the store and asked whether we needed any help in sourcing what we were looking for. We told him that we wanted to have a look round first and would then seek him out to help. We found him helpful and knowledgeable without him being "in our faces" and we were pleased to order from him

We were greeted politely by a very friendly gentleman who made us drinks, made us comfortable and didn't pressure us to buy, but gave us all of the assistance we needed.

The aasistant jake was very knowledgeable about all products. Let us try lots of different pillows ect until we were very satisfied in what we chose.

We were able to buy a mattress we were happy with for a price we can afford (can't wait to test it for a test drive when it arrives! ). Also the gentleman that assisted us was nice, friendly, helpful and kept us entertained throughout the purchase process, making it an overall pleasant experience
