We were served by Vince and he quickly identified our requirements for a new mattress identifying the range we were looking for. The process of purchasing the mattress and some additional items was efficient and Vince ensured our purchase was complete and satisfactory for us.

Really great service today

Excellent service from Jake. This was the last store we visited and the last bed I viewed. The bed was on the first floor (I only knew this floor was accessable as I overheard another customer being told this) and Jake was downstairs. I caught his attention and he more than answered all my questions. He went into details and fully answered all my queries and concerns. His add on of the paying for the assembly and bed cover was excellent too which is why So purchased both. He was extremely sincere and I trusted what he was telling me. Thank you Jake. Now let's hope the bed lives up to these same expectations!

Very friendly salesman, with very good product knowledge

We came to the store just to look and were not pressured into making a purchase, We were able to look and try as many beds as we wished and asked if there was anything we required to know we only had to ask. We were also offered refreshments and felt no pressure.

We were welcomed by Daniel. He knew his products and was a very friendly young man. He showed us and explained all possibilities to us. It was a pleasure to be looked after by him.

The store was well laid out and clean. A good range of mattresses and bed frames to choose from. We were approached by Jake who was very knowledgeable and helpful, showing us mattresses which were appropriate for our needs. Overall a relaxing and non pressured visit.
