Dreams - Peterborough

I was pleased with the reception from the staff as soon as I walked into the store - I had visited a similar store just before and had walked out due to the offhanded attitude of the salesman. The help I received at Dreams was exceptional and I felt happy and pleased with my purchase.

Beacause the product I bought was cheaper than I thought and the sales assistant was very helpful

This is the 3rd time I have visited the Peterborough store and cant rate them enough. No forceful, extremely knowledgeable, professional. didn't even check prices at other stores

We have purchased from Dreams in the past and returned when looking for a new mattress as we were extremely satisfied with our previous purchase. The range of mattresses was extensive and the assistant Rachel was very helpful and knowledgeable about the various products available. We did not feel pressured into making a purchase and were given enough time to select the best one for us. Very happy with the price paid.

Was greeted and assisted straight away by Tyrone, he didn't rush us at all and made us feel comfortable whilst trying different mattresses. He was also very willing when I said we'd like to look at the clearance ones too and he found the exact one for us in the blue cross section so it suited our budget.

Nice service, big selection and lovely beds

Tyrone was extremely knowledgeable, we was not entirely sure On how to pick a mattress however Tyrone took his time With us through the whole process to ensure we was entirely happy.

The staff were friendly and attentive, I was able to find what I wanted. There was a good range of products at a good range of prices. The staff seemed knowledgeable and helpful.
