Colin was a fantastic sales person Everything I needed to know about beds and mattresses, he was full of knowledge and very friendly

The gentleman that served us was very helpful, even suggesting a different mattress at the same firmness that was on offer. He was very friendly, his knowledge of the beds was good as he was able to tell us the measurement of the bed we ordered without checking the spec. Clean store, everyone really friendly.

The member of staff at the Peterborough store, Vince, was extremely helpful courteous and efficient

Helpful staff and choice available

The colleague I spoke with today and when we first came in on Wednesday was very helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't rush us.

Felt welcoming as soon as walked in. Staff didn't jump on you as soon as we walked in the door like a lot of other places. We walked round the store looking at the items we were interested in before a staff member just let us know if we needed any help they were there. Colin the member of staff who dealt with our questions and order was friendly, enthusiastic about the products and at no point pushy. With having back issues I always find it hard choosing a mattress which will support me in the way I need but Colin knew about all the different brands of mattresses for my problem ranging in all price brackets. Thankyou for making us feel at ease and especially for not being pushy.
