The guy that dealt with us (Dean) was really helpful suggesting different options for our needs and walking us around the different styles of mattresses for our new bed. He even let our little girl play with his calculator while we sorted out the sale. Great bloke.

Saleman, courteous but not pushy. Left me to look round, offering assistance when required. I didn't feel pressured which usually has me looking for the door. Whilst placing the order he was friendly and honest stating additional costs etc,

I can not fault the customer service at dreams very polite staff and very helpful I would certainly recommend dreams to anyone thank you.

We were given time to browse at our leisure without be pounced on as soon as we walked in the door,to us that is very important. When we did need help of a sales advisor named Jacob introduced himself & asked if he could assist us in anyway. He was very knowledgeable, not pushy but enhanced our shopping experience.

Vincent the Sales advisor was excellent. Very informative and friendly.

We were served by the Store Manager who was very helpful and was not pushy. He appeared to have good knowledge of the products on sale and was able to advise us appropriately. We only wanted to buy mattresses but I was expecting that there would be some pressure to buy a bed base as well, but this was not the case.

Daniel was very attentive and answered all my questions
