Just was so quick and easy. The gentleman that helped was really friendly and approachable as I tend to be quite shy.

It felt like Jacob really wanted to help us find the right product for us, regardless of the money.

Jake spent time talking to us and telling us exactly what the difference in each mattress was. He offered teas and coffees and even offered the children a drink too. My daughter fell over in the shop (no fault of the shops or staff) and the staff were very attentive to make sure she was ok. (she was fine).

Vincent was extremely knowledgeable about the product.
