The sales representative was very professional, helpful, knew the product and makes a good cup of coffee as well 😁. The mattress was what we needed although I wish we could get the product almost immediately.

The salesperson was very friendly and was patient while we made our decisions. He assisted us with measuring and understanding how the guest bed worked.

Customer service was brilliant. The person that helped us was extremely knowledgeable. He showed us the machine you have to help decide which mattress is best suited for us and then proceeded to show us those mattresses for us to try. It was an extremely easy decision to make when we knew all about a the products.

Very friendly and approachable staff. Products explained well and I was shown how to use ottoman bed. Everything is displayed well and it is easy to find the type of mattress I like. I always go to Dreams as I know I will get good service and quality products.

We booked our appointment online at our nearest Dreams store. The process was simple. When we arrived we were greeted warmly by Aaron. He confirmed the purpose of our visit and we used the sleep match machine. We were offered a drink and Aaron talked us through the process. Once we had an idea of which mattress we needed we were kept informed of why we were trying the different ones throughout. There was no heavy sales drive which was refreshing and we spent around 2.5 hours in store making sure that our purchase was right. I felt like we were listened to and appropriate suggestions were made for us.

The sales guy was super helpful and attentive without being pushy. Both my husband and I said we would definitely come back to purchase mattresses again. Overall it was a great experience

Excellent advice and support in choosing a mattress, my mother is 98 and the assistant was brilliant with her, she was treated with respect but made to feel comfortable when trying the different beds.
