Dreams - Peterborough

Me and my mum would like to say a big thank you to colin at the dreams store at maskew ave peterborough. We went to buy a bed. We normaly go to deeping bed centre but there customers service was not as excellant as from what we got from colin. We walked in to dreams on wed 4th and colin approached us straight away. He showed us a few beds and mattress made us feel very special and certenly knew his product knowledge made us laugh as well. He should be put up for promotion. He made us a cup of tea as well. Very clean store nothing was to much trouble for him.we brought a bed and mattress which is being delivered next wk.we also got a free valance sheet for bed. I will certenly recomened your shop to family and friends and to c colin. A big thank you to colin and to your store highly recomened. We will always use your shop now. Thank you. Colin served us in the Peterborough branch. He gave immensely honest and trustworthy service. From the moment he made first contact we felt at ease and not under pressure to buy but to spend time and choose what we felt was right. He had great product knowledge and we found the overall service to be excellent. We haven’t received our product as yet but so fear I would highly recommend dreams and specifically Colin to our friends and family! 5 star service so far! Thank you Colin!!

The assistant was extremely helpful and pleasant. We didn't feel at all rushed and he was proactive in his advice.

The store staff were very friendly, my wife and I were offered a cup of coffee while we browsed around the show room. All our questions regarding the different types of beds were answered.

After visiting the store today I felt this was an enjoyable place to shop as was very clean and organised we did not have to ask for anything but was able to look around in our own time but knowing there were willing staff to help if we needed it. We were then helped by Daniel who answered all our questions with very polite honesty and recommending ideas to help. When paying we enjoyed a nice chat with Daniel and everything was completed with great efficiency with a smile and a thank you. I therefore would recommend this store as at Peterborough the help and advice and also the price was exceptional. Thank you to all for a brilliant service not seen so often nowadays.
