Colin was knowledgable about the product range and what products would meet my needs therefore . He gave plenty of time for us to discuss between ourselves and additional help when required .

Aaron and the other members of staff ato Peterborough were very very friendly to myself and other customers nothing was too much for them. They were happy, approachable, friendly people who went above and beyond. Very very happy with the service. Thanks guys.

We found Vince, the salesman, very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took time to show us options and choices of what we required without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Every question we asked was answered politely and to our satisfaction. He is a credit to your showroom.

From the moment we walked through the doors the store assistant was very friendly and able to help with our needs and budget. He encouraged us to try many different types of beds before we made a decision and was very knowledgeable about the products available. He was not pushy in trying to sell things we did not want. This man is how a salesman should be a true asset to the store we visited in Peterborough.

Colin who served us was very helpful, but not pushy! He explained about the different mattresses very well and understoodbour needs. We originally only went looking for a mattress but as there was an offer of 15% off with the Tempur mattress if a frame was bought, we thought we may aswell go all out. Haven't received the bed yet, but we only have 2 weeks to wait which isn't bad (although we can't wait to try it!!) Colin kept saying we had bought the Rolls Royce of beds which helped to our excitement. I'm sure we will be very happy once it has been delivered. Thank you

our needs were catered for in friendly manner and not pushhed in anyway. were given time to consider our options

The store manger who served me was polite and we'll mannered and was not pushy and helped me pick out the best beds for my needs.

All staff were very friendly and full or knowledge
