Brilliant was even given a lovely mug of coffee. Shown the beds that we were looking for. Not pushy. Gave us plenty of time to look around and make our decision. Given colour options, head board options also different storage underneath options. Also what delivery dates were available

The manager dealt with me and I found him very knowledgable and friendly

The assistant was very helpful and listened to our requirements. Explained everything about the products we were looking at.

Helpful polite and efficient service.

The product knowledge of the sales person was faultless. He explained everything, showing us just the items which fitted our criteria, which in our case was two beds, but also made suggestions as to further items, both expensive and much reduced sale items, both of which we purchased.

Vince, the member of staff, was very polite and helpful. He answered all of our questions directly and gave us time to think about the various options.
