Very friendly assistant Very helpful and good knowledge of product

Having seen the adverts on TV ref.sales prices a little surprised to see there was not a lot of goods in the lower price bracket (we are pensioners so don't have a lot of money to spare) However, we are pleased with the reduction we got.

Apparent willingness of staff to provide a good price, this included picking up on me being eligible for a military discount through conversation.

All staff were very knowledgeable friendly and approachable. There was always someone available if needed. They were also good at making themselves known, then leaving you alone which I also find important. If the staff member did not know about an item they were able to get someone else more knowledgeable to answer any questions. The variety was very good, but the choice in the lower price range (below £500) was more limited. If it wasn't for the sale our choice would have been very few new or the clearance range from ex display or 40 night test returns. I liked the way the beds were organised in firmnes with colour coding. The knowledge and advice from the staff helped us make our final decision between the three choices we were looking at. We were offered tea or drinks during our visit and had an overall great experience. Thanks to all!

From entering the store to our final purchase we were looked after when we wanted to be and left alone when we needed it. The overall experience has been very satisfying and the customer service was second to none, the store manager made himself available for some of the questions we had and provided a welcoming atmosphere.

Welcoming and extremely-knowledgeable and helpful staff. Range of products. Speed of delivery when ordered. Light, airy, customer toilets, nice coffee.

Jake had excellent knowledge of the products and made the experience easy.

Immediate greeting by a colleague on entry, immediate availability of a colleague once we decided which products we were interested in, very quick processing of our selection into an order

Dean had a very nice friendly (not overly) & professional manner, he was clearly knowledgeable and experienced, asking us the correct questions as well as giving us well informed answers to our questions. Together we had the confidence to make the purchase straight away on the same day as the initial enquiry which is very rare for us when making what is a very important bed purchase. We have in the past bought beds which haven't been best suited to us in the past and I now realise that we didnt have a Dean making sure thyat our bed purchase was correct. The shop manager Tyrone was attentive and professional - All in all a very good shopping experience - would highly recommend using the Peterborough store if you are seeking advice on which bed to purchase.
