The courtesy of having Colin as our guide through buying a Dreams bed was very comfortable did not rush or hover bit gave us everything we needed including a delicious cup of hot choclate.Thank you kindly.

Upon walking through the door of Peterborough Store, Vince approached us in a friendly, highly professional manner. Throughout our contact with him, he was extremely courteous and hugely knowledgeable and experienced. As we didn't know where to start, we really appreciated his patience and valued not feeling "pushed/pressurised" into making any rush decisions. His kind of "old fashioned" service is quite often sadly lacking these days, and we were determined that we wanted to ensure we made our purchase with him, and even after shopping around, returned and made our purchase (on our fourth visit to the store!!). He managed to be both friendly and respectful - and made our experience/purchase in the store a pleasure.

Assistance from Jake the sales guy was top notch, knowledgable, friendly, helpful, very efficient but not rushed in any way. Thanks to Jake buying was a pleasant and fun experience, and a lovely coffee offered at the start of the process was well received. Web site was good and allowed us to prepare for our visit, and all offers matched in store. We had a product in mind from the web site, were shown this first, and then offered similar relevant products on request to make an informed choice. We purchased the product we first had in mind.

We came in looking for a headboard and were immediately helped by a member of staff who sorted out everything we needed with good advice and product knowledge. He took our order and we were done in no time. Great service.

Am new to this area and the team was very helpful.they made me feel at home as moving to this side of England am not familiar with layouts but from the moment I entered the store i had some one looking after me and the store manager he knows everything about each item in that store i was impressed, and the price was value for money.come to dreams for that ultimate shopping experience.

Jacob was very patient with my disabled son, and assisted him getting on the beds. We were offered coffee. We were happy with his help and advice. Sharon who was a temp was so very helpful with assisting us with pillows and gave my son a piece of cake. A very pleasant experience, having a disability often makes things difficult but Jakes attitude was exemplory.
