Looked after very well by Colin who had excellent product knowledge and a friendly non pushy way of finding the correct mattress, divan base , headboard which suited our needs and budget. At no time did we feel under any pressure.

Tyrone was fantastic - really knowledgable and understood my requirements. Placing the order was really simple.

Arron our customer service operator was absolutely fantastic ,very friendly and great knowledge .Felt as ease as soon as walked in .

We received a friendly greeting as we entered the store and after being assessed on the sleep match machine we were given a pillow each and taken around a selection of beds. Dean was very knowledgable about the products but not pushy. We were able to spend as much time as we wanted testing each bed and we fond his guidance and comments very helpful. Placing the order was easy and it was great to be given a delivery date instead of having to wait weeks to be advised. 3 weeks delivery is also very acceptable A cup of coffee was a nice added extra.

I was not expecting to receive as much help as we got....from the "diagnostic" bed at the beginning testing our weight and so on - to the detailed help we were given trying a number of different beds while also explaining the benefits of each - and also that the gentleman helping us managed to persuade my partner to lay on each of the beds was quite an achievement. The whole experience was so thorough and I feel more informed generally about beds and I believe we have chosen the right one. A lesser service would I suspect have led us to leave with no decision made.
