I was very pleased with Colin the assistant who helped me, As i am disabled he could not of been more helpful, he was very polite, friendly, and went out of his way to help, Could not have wished for better service, i would defiantly recommend Colin to serve you,

Very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions with good advice before giving my decision to go ahead with the purchase.

Staff were on the ball as soon as I walked in the store. I wanted to look first off and said if I need help I will come and find you. It wasn't long before help was needed the store operative was ready to help and even offered me a coffee. His knowledge was extensive it didn't take long for me to make my purchase.

The gentleman who looked after us at your Peterborough store named Colin was very experienced in the product and made sure we had exactly the bed we wanted. We are very pleased

The level of service was excellent and we were given great advice and provided with a full range of option. The assistant (Colin) was knowledgeable and very friendly. We left the store completely satisfied with the products we had bought, despite the fact that we only went in to have a look. Overall I would thoroughly recommend the Dreams to all my friends and family.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was respectful and it was easy to explain what we wanted. He was not forceful and left us to discuss privately what we wanted from the product and if it suited our needs.

Came into your dreams shop this morning we were welcomed by Colin who was very polite ask if we would like a hot drink thanks to your team for that, showed us the options we asked for within 15 mins sold and brought the bed we wanted £500 pounds spent well thank you dreams.

On walking into the store we weren't immediately pounced upon to see if we wanted help. When approached Dean the salesman was polite and very helpful, he seemed to have good knowledge and didn't push us to the most expensive mattresses. We were offered Tea or coffee, giving pillows and Dean spent as much time with us as needed. At no time though did we feel pressurised.

We came into this branch three times in relation to this purchase, thinking through the options and the other competitive options from other stores. Dean, our salesman took a great deal of time and effort to understand our separate needs and wants for a bed. He was flexible, informative and reacted to our chaining needs. Each time we came, he demonstrated this and recommended the best deal for us.
