We were welcomed into the store, staff approached us straight away and were very friendly and listened to what we needed and advised us. Transaction was quick, no fuss, we were also very surprised that we wouldn't have to wait long for the delivery.

Assistant Dean friendly and helpful

Colin Perry was extremely helpful. First he showed us the range of the type of bed we wanted and demonstrated the 'ottoman action' allowing us to have a go which was most useful. When we moved to choosing a mattress he suggested we try them out together with a comfortable pillow. He let us take our time and even brought us a cup of tea and a coffee. He sorted out the delivery time, guarantees and final bill with great efficiency and cheerfulness. He said the mattress protector would arrive within a few day and it did. All in all, a highly satisfactory experience. Thank you, Colin.

The staff was very informative, there when you needed advice, left when they knew you needed time to talk and consider. All together the sales assistant Colin could not be any more helpful. Whilst I was seeing to the finance the manager spoke with my wife and she confirmed how helpful he was. Would certainly recommend to friends to view your products without concerns of being pressurised.

We are moving to a wide beam boat so had a very specific criteria. Dean at Peterborough was very helpful in discussing and choosing our bed. Many things had to be considered i.e, movement for air flow under the bed, the size, as we had'nt measured the cabin, he helped us through taking time to analyse photos and fir through them. And with my partner being on the heavy side he ensured we had the right mattress.

Aaron greeted us as we walked in offered hot drinks and asked what we were looking for. Aaron took the time to show us the range of mattresses and was particular in us trying each mattresses ensuring we had the right pillows etc. He did not dicuss price or number of springs until the end so we did not prejudge which was excellent.
