Reece was most attentive and very helpful as were the remainder of the staff

All staff were courteous and took time to hello the salesman took time and explained what we had ordered

We had previously bought a bed from Dreams, with the same salesperson, and found him very helpful and honest. He was not pushy but gave us all the information we required and more. At that time ,we knew we would be returning in the New Year to but a much more expensive Tempur bed. He showed us what was available at the time and was so friendly and helpful that we decided to return when he was around for this purchase. Having arrived yesterday, we were immediately offered a drink by another salesman and everyone around appeared cheerful, despite having to work on a hot Bank Holiday! Dean was available to take us though exactly what we neede, which was important as I am now disabled. We chose different mattresses for each side of the bed, even this was no problem. The shop was clean and tidy, smiley manager, and fantastic bed to come. What more could we want!!

Your salesman Dean was highly knowledgeable and helpful. Sure, probably paid slightly over the odds but on the other hand I'm confident we'll be happy with the products bought.

Colin was very knowledgeable and passionate. I feel he understands that customer service is first then selling comes when the customer has brought into him.

after having tried a few mattresses we were approached by a very friendly young man called reece who asked if we needed any help.we asked a few questions about our choice of mattress and divan which he answered very knowledgably.we were offered a drink if we would like one while we were completing the sale..we left the shop feeling completely happy with the service
