Dreams - Peterborough

I have a illness which causes me sleep problems and have had operations leading to a small pump fitted near the base of my spine.This is the main cause of my sleeping problem due to pressure points using pocket sprung mattress putting pressure on my spine and shunt(pump) spinal area.The dreams sales man was highly intuitive to my needs when informed of my illness and was exceptionaly helpfull and supportive to my needs.I had bought a bedroom suite from yourselves a number of years ago and was exceptionaly pleased to go back to you for a new mattress.Dreams are really the place to go if like me you are disabled and have a problem through illness sleeping on a mattress that does not do what you hoped many years ago.

Our needs were matched to the type of product we required and then we were shown what met our requirements. There were plenty of products within the range and the assistant was very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The only negative would be about the bed frame. We wanted the Berkley bedframe in the walnut wood and the cream panel but it was only available in the black panel. Considering that all the parts are of a standard size and I gather that the beds must be made to order ( due to the delivery time given) surely the parts could just be picked out and the frame assembled? However, due to this one hiccup, we settled for an all walnut frame. Shame, as the cream panel would then have matched the bed to the rest of our bedroom.

From entering the store to leaving we were made very welcome. Colin took us upstairs to view beds and mattresses at all times ascertaining our needs. He was a pleasure to talk to. After deciding what we wanted to purchase, as this was our second purchase from Dreams, we sat down with coffee. Colin then proceeded to run through paperwork making sure we fully understood everything. He was polite, pleasant and a credit to his employer. We will have no hesitation in recent Colin and Dreams to anyone.

Tyrone was of great help, we had visited the week before and then various other stores. Tyrone was easily the most helpful of staff across all the the stores we visited. Knowledge was great and any question he couldn't answer either another colleague knew the answer or he was able to find the answer from you website. Price was better than direct to Tempur along with the sale which was a free fitted sheet that was a great help too. Overall once the kids outgrow their mattresses we would return to Dreams 1st to see what they have available and I would expect after a quick search on the web (always looking for the best price) I would make the purchase from Dreams. Keep up the good work.

We got an executive who is an expert in Tempur & Dream Beds, explained thoroughly gave plenty of time to go through all the categories in Tempur & Dream beds, which we were highly satisified on our purchase in the store

The interaction an assistance, of Reece, was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. He listened and suggested alternatives and demonstrated available options for the divan storage. Gave a quote and wasn't insistent in doing a deal when we initially said we would look at other options. His attitude probably ensured we came back to the store and purchased it from Dreams.
