Excellent service above expectations. Loved the computer programme which input all my info and provided a recommendation. Kind and resourceful assistant gave us a good deal for the additional mattress cover.

I booked an appointment online and was greeted at the store entrance by a young man called Chirak. He struck up conversation to see what I wanted and how he could help me. He also explained how the Sleepmatch system works and invited me to try it. My elderly mother was with me and Chirak went to get her a chair to sit on whilst I lay on the Sleepmatch bed. He also made coffee for both of us. Once the Sleepmatch test was complete Chirak spoke to me and explained the findings and the Sleepmatch recommendations. He then led me to various different beds and let me lie on them. I must have tried about 10 mattresses, but at no time did he make me feel rushed. I hadn't intended to purchase on the day, but the great customer care, professionalism , knowledge and non-pushy attitude from Chirak made me want to place the order. He is a credit to your company.

It was the salesman at the Peterborough store called Colin that made the experience great. Extremely friendly, was there to help without pushing a sale (unlike the first guy we encountered who was too pushy; we nearly left).

Dean who served us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy but offered things which may be beneficial. Just very friendly person. I liked how he let me know what he was doing etc and let me know delivery times, It is a 5 week wait, but the first item was discontinued even though its on the shop floor, so I was disappointed about that. But otherwise a very good visit. The mattress machine thing was good too. And the staff were very friendly and gave my children a bottle of water each and books to keep. Very easy visit even with a 5 and an 8 year old

We explained what we wanted and the price we were looking at. Salesperson did the test and then found the perfect mattress at a very good price

We wanted to replace our Tempur mattress, which we have had for over 10 years. We knew we wanted another tempur mattress and needed to check out the different ones. After lying on the “tester bed” we have gone for the updated version of the mattress we have already. The salesman was very good, chatty but not pushy in any way, which we liked. We left the store and an hour later returned to buy the mattress.

Our customer service gentleman was very friendly courteous open welcoming walm and knowledgeable also very relatable what a credit to the company thank you .
