We visited dreams among other bed shops, and although we didn't want to be pounced on Reece approached us in an un pushy manner his product knowledge was excellent and was very patient with us and extremely helpful and although we were not necessarily going to place an order that day, we did so, and we're very happy with the service we recieved

I had been looking for a new bed online. I popped into our nearest store to see if they had one in stock plus I had a couple of questions. A quick chat with one of the staff and the bed was ordered. Delivery very easily on a day convenient to me. Next trip will be for a new mattress.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable of the products and understood exactly what we were looking for. We were shown a good selection of the mattresses that suited our needs and we were given plenty of time to make our choice without any pressure from staff who were on hand to give advice. A really enjoyable shopping experience.
