Colin was polite and very informative. Helped us make the right choice but did not push a sale. Being offer a hot drink was a nice touch.

We were welcomed into the store by Jake, who guided us through the options available to our requirements. He did not pressurize us in any way but made himself available to answer our questions in a knowledgeable and pleasant way. After making our decision he efficiently went through the payment procedure, plus he made us avry nice cup of coffee.!

We was really impressed by the knowledge and uunderstanding of our problems trying to find the best bed for our ailments, Jake was attentive, understanding and really helped us and time was not a problem in finding what we needed for comfort, we are a regular customer and so is our family & friends after receiving the same excellent service for the purchase of my Fathers bed 6 mnths ago...
