Dean was extremely helpful. He didn’t pounce on us as soon as we walked through the door, he gave us time to look around before offering help, which I really liked. His knowledge of all the products were fantastic and he seemed to know what kind of mattress I’d like better than I did myself! He was very helpful, personable and spent lots of time with us so that we made the right choice, which we really appreciated.
