I knew what I wanted to purchase but didn't really know where or how to start trying to work out which of the many beds available was the one I wanted. I had time to browse before being asked if I needed help which I like and once offered help I was able to make decisions based on the questions I was asked. This meant I wasn't too overwhelmed by the amount of choice. Dean was friendly and I found him very helpful.
