Member of staff, very friendly, knowledgeable about products and helpful. No pressure sales. Made to feel that we were the only customers in store. Member of staff took time with us and was happy to answer any questions we had.

I found that the salesman listened to my requirements and showed me products that were representative of my needs. In addition he was polite and very helpful and did not push me into looking at products which were not suitable nor of a price range that would have exceeded my financial capacity, in the same vain he did not push any products that may have been purchased on a credit agreement.

A member of staff did not pounce on us as soon as we stepped in the store, we had a look at several items of interest, then we were asked if we needed help and apon saying yes he was very helpful, knowledge and at no point did it try to upsell and push "extras" on us
