Dreams - Peterborough

First impression was of a clean store, well laid out products & more importantly we were there to view discounted mattresses, which were sited at the forefront of the store. We were approached by Dean who asked if we needed any help, which we did, so he went through the offers on the day. My wife then decided to go for a new bed instead, so Dean asked what our expectation were & then showed us a few options leaving us to make our selection. Once decision was made we then proceeded to transact our order & enjoyed a nice cuppa as well. Reflecting back on our visit we both can say it was an enjoyable experience & would definitely recommend 'Dreams' to our friends & family.

Great service and good choice of beds. Great technology in the Peterborough store to determine what mattress is right for you. Tyrone had all the knowledge and did not rush our decision

The CSR who dealt with us while purchasing our product was very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable and helped us pick a bed and mattress that was right for us.

Allowed time to wonder around before approaching. Great product knowledge friendly and understood our needs. Gave us a coffee no charge and complementary pillows and duvet. Great customer service .

We visited Dreams shop in Maskew Avenue, Peterborough. Your dream colleague Dean was very helpful, not intrusive and professional and it's thanks to him that we decided to make our purchase at Dreams. We were looking for our first bed for our new place so it was important for us to find the bed we would love and at the same time, we wanted to spend a reasonable amount of money for it. Dean, your advisor, informed us about the mattresses you had in the clearance right away so we were able to save more than half price for the mattress and we are very happy with it. Altogether with the bed frame and headboard that we chose we truly feel like we sleep in a superior hotel room.

My wife and I were guided by Dean around all the beds and the various mattress types we could chose from. We both enjoyed a trial lay down on various types of beds and as we particular asked for the bed to have a storage facility which could be accessed from the foot end of the bed, we began to tick off our list requirements until we found all were complete. We added 2 Tempur Cloud Pillows having both of us very taken we these as we experience. Final excellent delivery date given Saturday

We was highly satisfied as Colin helped us with every question we had and was polite in everyway and extremely helpful, he also knew alot about the products which made our choice alot easier to make and understand. He never forced us into purchasing any item and was generally happy to help in anyway he could along with offering a drink while we wait. Very happy with everything and will definitely come back for a third time.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly but not pushy. You did not feel rushed.
